I don’t think there is a soul on the planet who is not fond of food. After all, it’s the one language everybody can speak. I’ve been a passionate cook all my life- or, rather, from the moment I started living on my own. I find it rather pleasurable cooking for other people, because you always find joy in feeding others. However, there is something innately happy about cooking for yourself.
I’m not a professional chef, but I do my best to pretend to be one anyway. In my years of experience, I’ve come to realize that cooking is not just about the food and the ingredients used, it is also about the utensils used to prepare the food, and the method in which it is prepared. I’ve managed to develop my own share of kitchen tips and tricks that have earned me more than my share of accolade over the years, and this is where I share my knowledge with the world.
